WELCOME TO the AODA PORTAL!

If you’re a current member, this is where you can update your information, make payments, change your billing info, and enroll in classes.

AODA members, make sure you:

  1. Select Classes — Look at the Dance Schedule for your campus (Fayetteville or Raeford) to find the best class for you. Some classes have requirements or require teacher recommendation.

  2. Get Informed — Check the Rates & Policies, Covid/Sick Guidelines, and Dress Code for your campus, as they may differ. These can be found by clicking “Rates & Info” under the appropriate campus from our main menu.

  3. Stay Connected — Print or save our AODA Calendar so you know all our fun & exciting events! Also check for any email newsletters we send, and follow us on Facebook/Instagram!

  4. Sign Up — Finally, sign up for classes by clicking the button below! Be sure to check for the correct location: Fayetteville or Raeford.

Once you’ve become a member, here’s some info on how your AODA Portal works!

  • Login

    • The email you registered with becomes your account username. This is also the email we use for our billing records and email newsletters, etc.

    • If you haven’t set up a password yet or need to reset it, click “Forgot Password” and create a new one.

  • Enroll in classes

    • Make sure to select the correct location for your campus.

    • Keep in mind that classes are filtered by the dancer’s age.

    • We recommend filtering by Summer or Fall-Spring Dance Year so that you don’t accidentally register for the wrong class. The classes are listed in alphabetical order.

    • Each class has a max capacity. If a class is maxed out, you have the option to enroll in that class’s waitlist. Don’t be scared to sign up for a waitlist! This helps us know if we need to open more classes :)

  • Set up payments

    • All payments are made through your AODA Portal. A debit/credit card will be required for the registration process, and there will be options for how you would like to make your payments. You may select recurring payments (our preferred method) on the 1st of the month so you never have to worry about missing a payment, or you may opt to make manual payments (due by the 1st of the month). If you opt for manual payments, be sure to visit our updated Rates & Policies pages for more information concerning late fees and outstanding balances. *Note, to change your billing method, you may need to contact the office to complete that process.

    • Please note that our rates and policies are updated at the beginning of each Fall-Spring Dance Year. See Rates & Policies for a full explanation of any updates to our tuition rates, registration/costume fees (to include discount deadlines), cancellation policy, and payment policy (to include late fees and auto draft on outstanding balances).

  • Check your email for confirmation

    • You will receive an email with the itemized list of classes, fees, and tuition with any applicable discounts. Confirm that the classes you have registered for are correct and for the correct session. Also don’t forget to check the location/studio room. Keep in mind that the discounts may be hard to decipher at first; this is because some discounts are spread out over multiple classes instead of just applied to one class. For example, if a student is taking two classes, the first class is normal tuition and the second class is discounted, but instead of the discount only being applied to the second class, it may appear as split between both classes.

  • Continue to use your AODA Portal throughout the year

    • Log in to the AODA Portal by using the email and password you created during registration. If you didn’t create a password, click the “Forgot Password?” to set one up.

    • Make sure every dance student’s name and DOB is correct. The spelling of the name you provide will be used for our costume ordering, end-of-the-year gifts/awards, and recital program. It’s best to confirm now at the beginning.

    • Familiarize yourself with the portal. It will show you/your student’s personal info, the classes they have enrolled in, and any unpaid balances you may have. You can come to this portal anytime you need to make a payment, update your card, or set up a new card for payment.
